  What idiots. I called for my daughters birthday; gave them plenty of notice - three days to be exact - showed up and the pizzas werent ready. In fact, the pizza order that the people upfront wrote down when I called, never made it to the kitchen.... But whatever, I waited and waited, all our guests had to wait and we eventually got our pizza... they even cut them into square slices for the little kids. Which was nice...
  
  Fast forward several months, and I make a phone call for 10 pizzas for a Youth Group Function. I ask if they can be cut into square slices since I'm feeding a lot of teens.... The first guy doesnt understand my request, they pass me off to the manager Brandy/Brenda (dont remember) and she repeats my request and I can hear the entire group laughing - she asks me again, and I request again, "Can I have the large pizzas, cut into squares? I am feeding a lot of people." - I again get laughed at and then suggested that I should order the deep dish since its already a square.... I repeat again, I want a regular large pizza (10 of them) cut into square slices... I get laughed at again and slowly asked what I wanted...
  
  Seriously... You offered to cut my original order in December into square slices for my daughter's birthday party (let's not forget you completely drop the ball on my order) - but when I make a request that you clearly CAN and have done in the past, I get laughed at and made fun of? Even if you thought my request was ridiculous, it's bad customer service to laugh directly at the customer. Rude and idiot.

  Poor customer service.... Disappointed in the pizza served.... $10 pizza served with no sauce and little cheese... Very unpresentable
